Other Common Names: Pennywort, Indian penny wart.

Latin description: Hydrocotyle asiatica.

Parts to use: Aerial.

Chemical constituents: Heteroside, asiaticoside, catechol, epicatechol, glycosides, resins, tannins, volatile oils, traces of theobromine.

Actions: Alterative, diuretic, febrifuge, nervine, rejuvenative, tonic.

Used for mental trouble; blood pressure; abcesses; rheumatism.

Dosage
