Boil some seeds of cardamom in water with tea. It will give a very pleasing aroma to the tea.
Ashwagandha, Brahmi give relief to the brain. Make a tea from equal proportions of ashvagandha and brahmi (about 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon each), steep in a cup of water for about 10 minutes, and drink 2 or 3 times a day.
